i swear that all my bad days have a track record of escalating from being late, murphy's law and all that jazz.
i woke up on time and even took an earlier bus (having learned my lesson) but somehow, i still manage to rock up 10 minutes late for a tutorial.
i HATE missing the first few crucial minutes of something uni related an all eyes are on you because you've disrupted the momentum, the shuffling of belongings amidst from trying to get my notes out - super hate.
then i lost my transperth card.
and i missed a package.

the only good thing that came out of today/tonight is that most bodyaches have subsided :D
i've been cranking up the hot water tap in the shower since all the heat increases blood flow to muscles and helps in tissue repair.
i can walk at a normal pace now without groaning! :D
so time for another dose, or rather double dose of pain tomorrow wtf.
uni til 2pm, bodypump from 5 to 6 and to wrap it up, pilates at 6.30 to 7.30!
